Accra, June 8, GNA – Mr John Awuni, Corporate Affairs Director of Finatrade Group Limited, a rice and beverage importing company, on Tuesday appealed to government to act swiftly on the weather warning from Ghana Meteorological Services Department.
The amount of rice imported decreased substantially for the first quarter of this year compared to what came in for the last quarter of 2009.
Accra, June 4, GNA – Mr John Awuni, President of Ghana Rice Inter-Professionals (GRIB) has the Commission introduced recently, arguing that the move would affect the price of locally produced rice.
